Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to LinkYield. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and, if acting for an organization, have authority to bind it.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, suspend compromised sessions or take reasonable steps to protect the service.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of destinations and campaign data you submit and grant LinkYield a limited license to host, process and transmit that material solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for your destination pages, claims, affiliate-network compliance, consent requirements and clear disclosure of paid or affiliate relationships. LinkYield does not guarantee that a tracking link or disclosure alone satisfies laws that apply to your campaign.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkYield for malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, unsolicited messaging, unlawful or infringing content, cloaking intended to evade platform review, fake clicks or conversions, harassment, exploitation of minors, sanctions evasion, traffic manipulation, security testing without permission, or interference with the service. We may disable links or accounts that create security, legal, deliverability or reputational risk.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans renew through PayPal at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for applicable taxes. You may cancel through PayPal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where LinkYield expressly agrees. We will give reasonable notice of price changes before a later renewal.

Service changes and termination

We may add, remove or change features and may suspend service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. You may stop using LinkYield at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, non-payment or risk to others. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limits—will survive.

Third-party services

Destinations, affiliate networks, PayPal, Google and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. LinkYield is not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every analytics event, affiliate acceptance, earnings or campaign performance. To the extent permitted by law, LinkYield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. LinkYield’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid for it during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the effective date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to legal@getlinkyield.com.
